RR Group, PSC provides a wide range of services to individuals and businesses in a variety of industries. At RR Group, PSC, we strive to meet each client's specific needs in planning for the future and achieving their goals in an ever-changing financial and regulatory environment. Our professional services include:
The main goal of our outsourcing service is to help our client's management concentrate on their core businesses while leaving many financial, accounting, and payroll related back office duties to us.
We understand that every business is unique, and therefore all outsourcing engagements are unique. The basics of generally accepted accounting principles provide a standard framework for us to design a specific outsourcing program that serves your company's day-to-day operations and special requirements. As an integral part of the company's operations, RRG assumes many back office responsibilities, such as payroll and payroll tax deposits, bank reconciliations, billings, accounts payable processing, asset depreciation, monthly closings and employer and corporate tax return preparation and filing. We work very closely with the company's management team at a lower overall cost to the company and with the added benefit of our experience. By assuming these responsibilities, management has more time to focus on sales and operational effectiveness.
Our outsourcing program is tailor made, transparent, secured, and efficient. It best described as an integrated system of accounting, payroll, and tax services grouped in one comprehensive program available from any internet access point twenty four hours a day, seven days a week. Our accountants work along your staff using a shared database, therefore assuring up to date information all the time.
We also serve as accounting manager, controller or chief financial officer on a part-time or full time basis in coordination with our outsourcing team, thereby relieving management of additional back office operations, financial and tax reporting.
Accounting: Our accounting service focuses on analyzing, recording, and summarizing a business's financial transactions (commonly referred to as bookkeeping) with the aim of providing managers with timely and reliable information on the costs of operations, sales, and the overall financial health of the business. These services may include payroll processing, tax return preparation, compilations, accounting systems design, asset depreciation, inventory valuation, and other associated services.
Taxation: Our tax services include tax return compliance, individual and corporate tax planning, negotiating settlement of tax disputes, and tax consulting, tax rulings and closing agreements related to corporate reorganizations, liquidations, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as tax exemption applications in connection with industrial, municipal, and tourism tax exemption grants.
Consulting: We advise and assist our clients with start-up operations, business registrations, business strategies, loan applications, permits and licenses, forecasting and budgeting, deferred compensation, branch accounting, human resource management, due diligence work, alternative dispute resolution services, insurance claims, bankruptcy filing, among other areas.
RRG provides both production accounting and payroll services to local film productions and co-productions. We also assist with local financing & incentives programs and perform tax credit examinations for the Puerto Rico Treasury Department and the Puerto Rico Film Commission.
